SUGARLESS COOKIES (DROP COOKIES) 
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. dates or prunes
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. Sweet Ten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. flour

Boil raisins, dates, and apples in 1 cup water for 3 minutes. Add shortening to melt, then cool. Add rest of ingredients, mix well. Chill dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Store in refrigerator, because of no sugar they will mold easily.
