COUNTRY SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. smoked sausage
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 pkg. au gratin potatoes
2 1/2 c. hot water
4 carrots, cut in julienne strips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Slice sausage into small pieces and cook sausage and onion until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in potatoes, sauce mix and water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in carrots, cover and simmer for 10 minutes longer. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Cover and heat until broccoli is heated through.
