BREAKFAST BUFFET 
4 or 5 slices of bread, broken up
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. grated American cheese
Beat 6 eggs with 2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Put broken up bread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Cook and drain sausage. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Add cheese and salt and pepper to eggs. Pour over sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
