BUFFET BISCUITS 
1 pkg. 40 oz. Bisquick
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. finely chopped green onion with tops
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk

Stir until well combined, the baking mix, 1/2 cup cheese, onions, eggs and milk. Scrape dough into well greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. With well floured hand pat dough to even layer. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheese over top. With well floured wide spatula score dough into 24-30 biscuits by cutting to bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 40- 45 minutes or until top is well browned and tests done. Invert pan onto a wire rack, then invert rack with biscuits onto a serving board or platter.
