BUFFET BEEF STEW 
5 lbs. stew beef
2 cans beer
2 pkgs. dry oxtail soup mix (Knorr)

Put meat in casserole. Cover meat with beer. Stir in dry soup mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5 hours.

Serve with broad noodles or potatoes, with warm, crusty French bread. Serves 12-15.
