CHOCOLATE BUTTERMILK CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
Salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add beaten eggs. Mix cocoa with boiling water to make a paste. Pour 3/4 cup buttermilk into mixture. Add cocoa mixture to batter. In 1/4 cup of buttermilk add soda. Leave set until foamy. Add flour and rest of buttermilk. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
