CHOCOLATE MOCHI (Light Cake) 
1 1/2 c. mochiko
1/2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. cocoa

Mix all of the above together.

Add and mix well:

12 fl oz. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted

Add 2 eggs and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut while still warm.
