PLAY DOUGH | |
3 c. flour 1 c. salt 3 tbsp. salad oil 1 1/2 c. boiling water 2 tbsp. powdered alum Food coloring Put 1 1/2 cups water onto boil. Add salad oil to water. Add flour, salt, and alum to water, stirring constantly. Remove from heat after it is all stirred together. After it cools a little, divide the dough in equal parts. Make a little hole in each and add a few drops of different colors of food coloring. Knead the dough until smooth color is obtained. Place balls in plastic bags or containers. This will keep several months, if kept in tight containers. |
