POPCORN CAKE 
3 or 4 qts. popcorn, popped
1 1/2 c. peanuts
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 bag of M & M's or jelly beans
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 lg. bag of marshmallows, melted

In saucepan, melt butter, oil and marshmallows. In large bowl, mix popcorn, peanuts, pecans and M & M's. Pour sauce over dry ingredients. Pour into buttered Angel Food cake pan, press. Place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Run hot water over pan to remove. Slice with an electric knife.
