MOMS FAVORITE BREAD 
4 c. warm water
1 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. sugar or honey
3 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
4 c. whole wheat flour or oat flour
4 c. white flour

Dissolve yeast with sugar in water. Set aside 20 minutes. Combine yeast mixture, salt, oil and flour. Mix and knead on well floured board 10 minutes. Let rise 2 hours. Punch down let rise again 1 hour and then form 2 loaves and 1 pan of rolls and let raise 30 minutes. Bake 40 minutes for loaves and 25 minutes for rolls at 400 degrees.
