ENCHILADA SQUARES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. enchilada sauce
1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
2 c. corn chips
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onions in skillet. Spread beef in 10 x 6 1/2 inch dish. Beat eggs, milk, tomato sauce and enchilada sauce. Pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle on olives. Top with corn chips. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 5 more minutes.
