CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. of cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. of seasoning salt
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans (1 c. for mixture and 1 c. to roll ball in)

Mix ingredients together and shape into ball. Chill before rolling in pecans. This cheese ball freezes well.
