LASAGNA 
SAUCE:

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. diced onions
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. A-1 Sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 bay leaf
Pinch of oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
2 pkgs. Mozzarella cheese
1 pt. cottage cheese
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Add tomato soup and water. Stir in salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, A-1 Sauce, parsley, basil, oregano and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 2 hours.

First Layer: lasagna noodles (uncooked)

Second Layer: Cover with sauce and dot with cottage cheese

Third Layer: Cover with Mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Repeat these two layers twice; ending with the layer of sauce covered with cheeses. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
