35 crushed Oreo cookies 1/3 c. melted butter 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, slightly softened & sliced into layers 1 can Hershey Fudge Topping (yellow label) (set can in hot water) 8 oz. Cool Whip Mix together crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Layer in a 9"x13" pan: 1/2 of cookie mixture, softened and sliced ice cream and fudge topping and Cool Whip. Add remaining cookie mixture. Cover and freeze. This dessert will keep well in the freezer for 2 weeks or more. |
