IMPOSSIBLE CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar
Fruit

Blend all ingredients in blender, pour into greased pie plate. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Spread on topping.
