GRAHAM CRACKER PUDDING 
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

16 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Mix graham crackers, sugar and butter. Press in bottom of long Pyrex. Reserve 1/4 cup for top of egg whites.

Cook pudding mixture and pour over graham cracker crust. Beat egg whites and cover over pudding. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup graham cracker mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
