RITZ CRACKER PUDDING | |
2 pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor) 1 1/2 c. milk 1 box ice cream (2 qts. softened) 90 Ritz crackers 1 stick butter, melted Mix cracker crumbs and butter. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Press remaining into bottom of a 9x13 pan or dish. Mix ice cream, milk, and pudding with mixer. Pour over crumbs. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top. Refrigerate. |
