CRUST:

50 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix together and line a 9x13 inch pan with 3/4 of crust mixture. Reserve 1/4.

FILLING:

2 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla or coconut, butter pecan pudding
2 c. cold milk
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
