RITZ PUDDING 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
2 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
1 3/4 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Put 3/4 of crushed crackers in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan (save the rest). Mix ice cream, pudding and milk. Dump this on crackers CAREFULLY; refrigerate until hardened slightly. Put 8 oz. Cool Whip on top of mixture. Rest of crackers on top of the Cool Whip. Refrigerate about 3 hours.
