TACO SALAD 
1 lb. beef
1 taco seasoning
1/2 c. water
12 taco shells, crushed
1 sm. onion
1 sm. head lettuce
Tomato, shredded

Brown ground beef with onion. Drain, add seasoning and water, simmer 10 minutes. Put in bottom of casserole. Spread shells over top of mixture. Layer lettuce, tomato and cheese. Spread dip over top.
