DUTCH MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion chopped
1/2 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together hamburger, onion, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, bread crumbs, egg and pepper. Mold and place in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and use as a best for you meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees basting time 1 1/4 hours.
