DIRT CAKE 
1 1/2 lb. pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 lg. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) container whipped cream topping
1 (10 inch) clay or plastic flower pot, lined in foil
Plastic flowers

In a blender or food processor, turn cookies to "dirt" (finely ground). Set aside. Cream together sugar, butter, and cream cheese. Make pudding with mix and milk. Add to cream cheese. Fold in whipped topping. Layer in flower pot alternating layers of "dirt" and cream mixture, beginning and ending with "dirt". Chill before serving. Add flowers on top just before serving. Serve with a plastic sand shovel.

Note: This can also be made in small individual flower pots.
