1 1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. (3 1/2 oz. each 1 vanilla or chocolate instant pudding)
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkgs. (20 oz. each) Oreo cookies, crushed

Cream butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar. In another bowl mix and pudding and Cool Whip. Combine mixtures put 1/3 cookie crumbs in bottom of bowl. Add 1/2 pudding mixture. Top with 1/3 of cookies then remaining filling. Top with rest of cookie crumbs.
