CAMP STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 c. chopped cabbage
1 med. can kidney beans
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. diced celery
1 qt. tomatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. minute rice

Brown ground beef. Add onions and saute until clear. Add next 7 ingredients. Bring to boil, then turn to simmer and cook 20 minutes. Add minute rice and continue cooking 10 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
