PINEAPPLE/ORANGE SURPRISE 
CAKE:

1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

TOPPING:

3 1/2 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. Cool Whip

Cake: Mix well cake mix, eggs and oil. Add oranges and juice. Mix well. Pour into greased pan. Bake 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Topping: Mix pudding and can of pineapple with juice until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Top cooled cake and refrigerate.
