PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken breast, skinned & boned
1 tsp. low cal butter, melted
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
Dash of paprika
Dash of poultry seasoning
Dash of Nature's seasonings
2 slices pineapple (juice packed)

Split chicken breast into half. Combine butter, pineapple juice and spices in a shallow broiler pan. Place chicken into melted mixture and broil four minutes about four inches below heat source. Turn chicken over, spoon liquid on top, and continue broiling for five more minutes. Place pineapple slices on each piece for the final minute of broiling. (215 calories each piece.)
