MARY'S PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler chicken, skinned and cut into serving pieces
1 can of pineapple chunks
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 tsp. of Mrs. Dash
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
Freshly ground black pepper

Put pineapple juice from can of pineapple chunks into a large skillet, reserve pineapple chunks. Add all other ingredients and cook, covered, over medium heat until chicken is tender (approximately 30 minutes). Add pineapple chunks, stir and heat. Serve over rice.
