CHILI SAUCE 
24 med. ripe tomatoes, skins removed
4 onions
4 green peppers
3 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. ground cloves
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt

Mix all ingredients except sugar in large pot and boil 15 minutes. Add sugar and stir often until sauce becomes thick.

To remove skins, lower tomatoes quickly into boiling water. Skins will peel right off.
