CORN ITALIANO 
2 c. frozen corn
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Place corn in 1-quart microwave-safe casserole. Add butter, chives, Italian seasoning. Cover with casserole lid.

Microwave (high) 5 to 6 minutes or until corn is done, stirring once. Add garlic salt, olives and cheese. Mix to coat.

A 10 ounce package of frozen corn can be substituted for 2 cups frozen corn.

Ripe olives and Parmesan cheese give frozen corn an Italian flair.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
