1 lb. pork links (Oscar Mayer)
12 eggs
8 oz. grated med. cheddar cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 can mushroom stems & pieces

Grease sides and bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Break eggs into cake pan and partially beat so yolks are broken. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle in half of cheese, pour in whipping cream, sprinkle in mushrooms (cut up), add cubed sausage links and add rest of cheese. Refrigerate overnight and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. If you bake too long, it will be dry. For half recipe use 8"x8" glass pan. Serve with mushroom sauce and/or salsa.
