CARAMEL BARS 
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter

Take about half. Spread in 8 x 11 inch pan. Bake about 10 minutes. Melt 32 Kraft caramels in 5 tablespoons milk. Spread caramel over cooled crust. Put plain Hershey bars on top. Spread like frosting. Put balance of crumbs on top. Bake until light brown. Chopped nuts on top.
