CARAMEL BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
4 tbsp. flour
1 (11 oz.) jar caramel topping
1/2 bag chocolate chips
1/2 bag butterscotch chips

Mix the first 7 ingredients together. Save out 1 cup and put rest in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.

Mix the flour with the caramel topping. Spread on top of crust mixture in pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over caramel mixture. Sprinkle remaining crust mixture over top.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
