CARAMEL CHOCOLATE BARS 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chunks
1 (12.25 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping (Smuckers)

Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and soda in a bowl. Stir in melted butter. Pat into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle over the crust the chopped pecans and the chocolate chunks. Pour on a jar of caramel ice cream topping. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into 24 or 36 bars.
