CHEESY GREEK DRESSING 
1 c. extra virgin olive oil
2/3 c. safflower oil
1/2 c. basalmic wine vinegar
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
4-5 drops Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1/2 c. feta cheese, crumbled
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 drops lemon juice
Salt and ground pepper to taste

In a food processor, combine oils, vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Stir in Parmesan and feta cheeses. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve. Serve over greens, onions, peppers, tomatoes. Add Greek olives and croutons, if desired.
