LEMON CRISP COOKIES 
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 eggs

Mix all the above ingredients, roll in balls - press with sugared glass on cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
