PEARLS IN CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. white chocolate pieces

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. In large bowl, beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Gradually add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate pieces. Dough will seem wet; don't add extra flour. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-10 minutes until edges are light brown. Let stand 2 minutes, before removing from sheet.
