AUNT PEARL'S ROLLS 
2 pkg. active dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
6-7 c. plain flour
1/4 c. oil

In large bowl, mix together warm water and yeast; add sugar and salt and mix well. Add about half of the flour and beat by hand about 2 minutes. Add oil and egg; gradually add remaining flour by hand. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in refrigerator. Let dough rise and punch down.

Pinch off amount needed for rolls. Make into rolls and let rise in warm place 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Remainder will keep in refrigerator up to 4 days.
