CHICKEN DELIGHT 
1 cooked chicken, deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
3-4 green onions
2 pkg. Hi-Ho crackers
2 sticks butter

Grease bottom of pan (9 x 13 inch) with butter and place deboned chicken in. Mix together chicken soup, sour cream and green onions; pour over chicken. Crumble Hi-Ho crackers over soup mixture. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
