BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground round
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
2 cans golden mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream

Brown meat and onion. Cook noodles until tender. Add noodles to meat, add soup and mix well. Add sour cream and simmer. If using cream of mushroom soup, add 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce.
