4 chicken breasts, boned & skinned
3 tbsp. sharp cheese spread
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped green chilies
1 c. crushed, cheddar cheese crackers
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. instant onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix

Pound chicken pieces to flatten. Blend butter and cheese spread. Add salt, onion and chilies. Divide into 4 portions, pout on end of flattened chicken. Roll up tucking in ends to completely enclose filling. Fasten rolls with toothpicks. Dip each roll in melted butter, then coat with mixture of cheese crackers and taco seasoning. Arrange rolls in 12"x8"x2" dish. Cover with waxed paper and microwave for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve.
