POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. green onion (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs

Thaw potatoes. Mix potatoes, 1 stick melted butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Put into 12 x 7 1/2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Pour remaining butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for one hour.
