CHICKEN OREGANO 
Cut chicken pieces
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Swiss cheese slices
Seasoned stuffing crumbs
About 2 c. med. white sauce
Butter

Wash and skin chicken pieces and lay flat in large casserole. Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with oregano. Pour the white sauce over the chicken and cover the dish loosely with foil. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove foil and cover each piece of chicken with Swiss cheese. Cover entire casserole with seasoned stuffing crumbs and dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees an additional 15 minutes.
