LENTIL SUPPER 
1 c. soaked lentils
2 c. water
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced carrot
1/2 c. sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. ground cuminos
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. tomatoes

Wash lentils, cover with water and soak for 1 hour or longer. Place all ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan, cover and simmer 1 hour or until lentils are tender.
