LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten slightly
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. (1/2 c.) lemon juice (Real lemon works fine)
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix flour, powdered sugar and butter. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix slightly beaten eggs with sugar, then fold in flour and baking powder. Pour into baked crust, bake another 25 minutes at 350 degrees. While warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
