PECAN CHICKEN 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Seven Seas Viva Creamy Italian dressing
1/2 c. crushed hard bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. butter

Marinate chicken in dressing 1-8 hours. Dip chicken in combined crumbs and pecans. Press to coat. Fry chicken in butter in large skillet over medium heat 5-6 minutes on each side or until tender.
