PECAN DELIGHT 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans

Mix together and press into pan, 9 x 13 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Mix together, spread on first layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. boxes butterscotch or butter pecan instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together. Spread on second layer.

4TH LAYER:

1 lg. bowl Cool Whip

Spread over 3rd layer. Sprinkle pecans over all. Refrigerate. Vary flavor with different instant pudding flavors.
