1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's Caramel Topping
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip

Bake cake as directed. While still warm, poke holes in cake with a straw. Pour can of sweetened condensed milk over cake. Let cool. Spread jar of caramel topping over cake. When ready to serve, spread Cool Whip over cake and sprinkle crushed Skor or Heath bars over Cool whip and enjoy.
