MARVELOUS STRAWBERRY BREAD 
2 c. frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
3 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped pecans

Place strawberries in medium bowl. Sprinkle lightly with small amount of the sugar. Let stand until thawed. Slice, if desired. Prepare pans by buttering and dusting with flour. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

Blend oil and eggs into strawberries. Add to flour mixture. Stir in pecans. Blend until dry ingredients are just moistened. Makes two 9x5 inch loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or to test done. Let cool in pans on rack for 10 minutes. Turn loaves out and cool completely.
