BROCCOLI AU GRATIN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
2 c. cook rice
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese
Sm. jar pimentos (optional)

Saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Combine and mix with all remaining ingredients (except grated cheese). Turn into a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
