PATE CHINOIS 
1 1/2 lbs. chopped meat
2 onions, chopped
6 servings instant mashed potato
12 oz. can Niblet corn
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

For family serving multiply recipe.

In skillet cook meat and onions on low-medium flame until meat is cooked and onions are tender. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat; drain. Place on the side. Make 6 servings of mashed potatoes (use extra butter and milk for creamier potatoes). Place on the side.

In square baking pan place layer of meat on bottom, then place layer of drained corn on top of meat. Place prepared mashed potatoes on top of corn. Repeat process until pan is full. Place in oven at 350 degrees until warm, approximately 30 minutes. It's simple. Kids and adults love it!
